We assume the Head Officeof the company, depending directly on the board of directors,under a
Protocol which reaches to be common knowledge. Our intervention is temporary and limited contractually.
With the same contractual methodology, we can act as managers of different functional areas.
These interventions are normally realized on the following scenes:
· Negative outcomes and confidence crisis with the Head Office.
· Structural and growth gaps on family companies.
· Vacant managers positions, that Gesdem keep up since the joining and coatching of the
new manager.
